A Nigerian woman, Chi Okafor, who claims to be the daughter of Pastor Chris Okafor, has gone public with allegations of emotional distress linked to her father’s conduct, stirring fresh controversy online.
Chi spoke during an interview with social media activist VeryDarkMan, at a time when the cleric has already been in the spotlight following his public spat with actress Doris Ogala.
In the interview and posts now circulating widely, Chi expressed deep pain and frustration, questioning what she described as a sharp contrast between her father’s image as a preacher and his behaviour within the family.
Introducing herself, she said she has struggled for years with the emotional toll of her experiences, adding that watching her father preach often leaves her conflicted.
“My name is Chi Okafor, the daughter of Pastor Chris Okafor. Sometimes I wish I had the blood of an animal running through my veins instead of his own. God is really merciful, because when I see him climb the altar to preach, considering the things that he does to us, before and after he climbs the altar,” she said.
