Chelsea are looking to work out a loan deal to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen this window, says Fabrizio Romano.
Osimhen, 25, has a release clause of €130 million and wants to move on, but no club have been willing to pay close to it yet.
Chelsea want a new striker but face competition from Saudi Arabian side Al Ahli.
The Blues are willing to offer the Nigeria international a loan move with an obligation to sign him permanently next summer, but have yet to reach an agreement over his wages.
Al Ahli have reportedly offered him a contract of around €25m-€30m net per year until 2028.
